The D.R.E.S.S. Code
Based on the results of your lab tests, I'll create a tailored D.R.E.S.S. code unique to you.
The D.R.E.S.S. code stands for: Diet, Rest, Physical Activity, Stress Management and Supplements.

As your Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), I want you to feel educated and empowered to change your life, not overwhelmed. Together, we'll take it one step at a time so that you enjoy the process and restore balance and function to your body.

There are many functional lab tests available, but three are common practice: the GI MAP Stool Test, the MRT, and the SHP and finding unique your Metabolic Type.
