About the event
Learn how to make the perfect gluten-free sourdough bread. Gluten-free bread is healthy and mandatory for people with gluten sensitivity and people with auto-immune conditions. It’s also very fun and easy to make your own.
In this seminar, we’ll go through the entire baking process, from initially mixing and shaping the dough, to fully-baked the bread in the oven.
We’ll also cover:
- Ingredients and alternative options
- Nutrition values
- Where to shop for the best and most affordable ingredients
- How to combine gluten-free flours
- What a dough “glue” is
Prior to the seminar, participants will receive instructions on how to prepare their own gluten-free sourdough starter. They will need to bring this starter to class. Options are also available for those who would rather buy their starter.

You can have a gluten-free sourdough starter and save the preparation time. My starter is based on brown rice and ready for use. Hurry as quantity is limited!
